Power Puffs are amazing at flawlessly setting under eyes and the whole face (or T-Zone if preferred) with powder. 
As you press it onto the skin, it minimizes the chances of creasing and creates a poreless smooth look. 
TIP: If you use loose powder, dab some off on the back of your hand for an even application.
